Extens held its first Investors' Day on Thursday, April 13 2023 at a prime location overlooking the Champs Elysées.
For the team, it was the opportunity to display the consolidation of Extens, the relevance of our investment strategy, the evolution of our portfolio companies, and, the performance of the Extens II and Extens III funds.
We were delighted to welcome Pierre Touton, Chairman and Partner of Bow Medical (portfolio company of Extens II), an Anaesthesia and intensive care software publisher, and Nicolas Lemoine, Chairman and Partner of Cegape (portfolio company of Extens III), a software publisher for payroll and unemployment management in the public sector, to shed some light on these 2 companies.
We also announced the launch of fundraising to support 1-0-1 (“One-O-One”), the first international endowment fund dedicated to resuscitation. A cause that was dear to the heart of Dominique Mercier, a long-time friend and partner of Extens who left us at the beginning of the year after having presided over the destiny of Bow Medical.
At the end of the session, our investors we able to discuss with the members of the team and our guest speakers over a lunch cocktail.
