Dominique Mercier has in-depth knowledge of the health industry, medical devices and hospital IT systems. He has held managerial positions in the healthcare industry at W.L. Gore, Zimmer, Medtronic, Smith Medical, and Maquet. He also spent 12 years at Dräger Group, where he was president for France and Southern Europe. In charge of the Brussels-Lisbon-Jerusalem area, he was instrumental in the international reorganisation of Dräger Group. In 2013, he participated in a LBO to acquire Bow Medical, the French leader in software for anaesthesiologists and intensive-care units, in order to help the company expand in France and internationally.
Dominique plays a key role in identifying new opportunities and providing expertise on the health market, and has extensive knowledge of sales processes.
Dominique sat on the board of CapsuleTech from 2008 to 2012.
