Extens announces the final closing of its Extens III fund at €106M. This is the third vehicule for Extens, which support French digital health companies' growth strategies with equity financing.
In direct continuity with Funds I and II, this third fund will support about ten SMEs in the digital health sector, showing a significant share of recurring revenues (> 50%) and a size of 3 to 20 million euros in revenues, with tickets up to 15 million euros. The objective is to identify the best potentials, to accompany their development and to make them tomorrow's leaders in their field.
