Extens, Capital Croissance and Bpifrance back the merger of Topaze Télévitale and Albus to become a major player in software for paramedical professions.

Both groups were created in 1987 and together equip about 30 000 health auxiliaries (17 000 private duty nurses, 5 500 physiotherapists and nearly 400 health facilities) with their software Topaze, Albus and Télévitale.

The newly created group becomes a key player in software for paramedical professions in France, with solutions covering the entire functional chain: creation of medical file, organisation and planning of operations, billing, data transmission, etc.
