Extens, the investment fund specialising in healthcare software and data, is moving to new premises at 250 bis rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. After 4 years at the Villa Ballu, the move reflects the team's determination to take things to the next level.

With these new 350 square meter offices, located on the 7th floor of an art deco building, the team benefits from a favourable location for its investment business and a surface area suited to support its portfolio companies.

Valentine Deramecourt, Partner, comments: "This new address complements the structuring of Extens and the strengthening of the team. In addition to offering excellent proximity to our ecosystem, these offices provide a highly collaborative working environment.”

Arnaud Houette, Managing Partner, adds: "This move marks a new chapter in the history of Extens. These premises provide an ideal workspace to host our club Extens which brings together the management teams of our portfolio companies. They are a perfect fit with our ambition to create value through operational input.”

The new premises are part of the property complex that includes the Salle Pleyel and is owned by the Etablissement public de la Cité de la musique - Philharmonie de Paris. The complex comprises the concert hall, its outbuildings, and a mixed-use building comprising offices and accommodation.
