Extens and ACG Management have announced the imminent sale of their stake in Enovacom, as the company enters a new stage in its development following a purchase agreement with Orange Business Services and its subsidiary Orange Healthcare.
Enovacom is the French leader in software for interoperability and health-data security. Based in Marseille, Paris, Montréal and London, the company employs over 140 employees.
