BNP Paribas Développement joins Extens as a shareholder of Must Informatique

Back Published on 08/07/2021

Extens is reinvesting in Must Informatique, the French leader in ERP software for homecare providers, and joined by BNP Paribas Développement to further the company’s development. The process was led by DDA & Company.

Supported by Extens since 2017, Must Informatique is the market leader in all segments of the home-care providers sector and has initiated a complete update of its solutions to maintain its technological and functional lead.

Extens’ reinvestment and BNP Paribas Développement’s entry into Must Informatique’s capital will enable the company to finance this dynamic and consolidate its product offering.

« This transaction is a great example of Extens’ approach as an investor specialised in e-health: contributing to the emergence of a market leader and reinvesting to strengthen its position. It shows our long-term commitment as well as the sector’s untapped growth potential. We are proud to participate in the development of Must Informatique alongside BNP Paribas Développement. »
