Extens acquires a stake in Medelse, digital platform connecting healthcare facilities with liberal healthcare professionals

Extens has acquired a stake in Medelse, publisher of a digital platform that connects healthcare facilities with liberal healthcare professionals for short-term missions.

Medelse connects health structures and professionals through a platform that allows the institutions to find reinforcement for their teams with liberal health professionals who want to diversify their activity and supplement their income. Thanks to its platform enabling the automation and the formalization of the invoicing, Medelse also reduces administrative constraints for healthcare facilities and professionals.

It is the first time the company has opened its capital to an investment fund. Extens’ ultra-specialisation in digital health is a solid asset for accelerating its development.
