Extens appoints Valentine Deramecourt as new Partner and structures its investment team.
Valentine Deramecourt has 15 years of experience in investment and financial management. She joined Extens in 2019 as Investment Director and played a pivotal role in the deployment of the second fund. Valentine has made several investments with Extens, including MediReport (software and medical information systems for interventional cardiology), Coptis (R&D software for the cosmetic industry), Hoppen (digital solutions for connected bed and the patient pathway at hospitals) and Opta LP (Optimisation and decision support software solutions for healthcare facilities). Valentine also sits on the boards of Teranga (patient records for nursing and retirement home) and Bow Medical (leader in software for acute care) and leads the CFO Club (Club Extens).
